Lighting, camera quality and other conditions can change results. AI can be wrong. Do not use a result to rule out disease or delay professional care. Consult a qualified clinician for persistent, painful or concerning changes. Check product labels, ingredients and suitability before use; stop use if irritation occurs.
Accounts and responsible use
Provide accurate account and order details, protect your sign-in credentials, and upload only photos you have permission to submit. Do not use the service to assess someone without their permission or to misuse another person's account. The optional age profile currently accepts adult ages only. AI scans are intended for adults aged 18 or over. Scan consent is a self-attestation of adulthood and permission to use the photo; we do not independently verify your age or photo ownership.
Products, orders and payments
Product availability and prices can change. Review the items, amount, shipping information and selected payment method before submitting checkout. The server calculates order totals; online payment availability depends on gateway configuration. A payment redirect alone is not proof of a verified payment or dispatched order.
Review delivery charges and the complete payable total before confirming checkout. An omitted fee is not permission for an undisclosed later charge. Pathao delivers all products. Review the shipping and returns notices for confirmed timing and remaining pending details; an order status alone does not guarantee delivery or a refund.

These terms do not promise uninterrupted service or particular cosmetic results, and do not exclude rights that applicable law does not allow to be excluded.
