Information you provide
Accounts store your name, email and a password hash. Your profile can also hold an optional adult age and baseline skin concerns. We use this information for sign-in and to personalize future scans.
Checkout stores cart and order items, contact name, phone, shipping address, order totals, payment method and payment references or status. These records support checkout, order history and order administration.
Photos and AI analysis
When you request a scan, your photo and supplied profile context, including age and skin concerns when provided, are sent through our server to Google Gemini for analysis. Do not upload a photo unless you are comfortable with that transfer.
We do not store raw photos in our database. The current scan flow holds the photo and current results in browser memory; signed-in scans can save structured analysis, profile context, model information and a timestamp to your account. A successful analysis is not always saved if storage fails.
Google processes the submitted content under its applicable service terms. Provider retention varies with the service and configuration; this site does not promise zero retention by Google or immediate deletion from provider systems. Review the provider information before submitting sensitive content.
Payments and other services
Online payment, when configured and available, redirects to SSLCommerz. Payment setup sends order amount, order reference, contact and shipping details to the provider. Payment callbacks and validation are used to update order status. Cash on delivery does not use a hosted online payment step.
Pathao is our delivery carrier for all products. Delivery booking shares recipient name, phone number, shipping address and location, order reference, parcel details and any amount to collect with Pathao. When Telegram order notifications are enabled, order reference, recipient name, phone number, shipping address and city, purchased items and order total are sent to the merchant's Telegram order chat for fulfillment. These transfers include shipping personal data, not scan photos, skin findings or profile concerns.
Authentication uses NextAuth session cookies. Our database and hosting services process information needed to operate the site. Browser storage used for checkout is explained in the cookies and storage notice.
Your controls and retention
You can edit your profile and delete saved scans from your dashboard. Deleting a saved scan removes that saved database record; it does not recall content already transferred to an AI provider or delete your account and order records.
Account and order records are retained in the current system. No fixed retention period is published here; do not assume automatic deletion after signing out. Contact support@inzubd.com to request access, correction or deletion and review the available account controls. Requests need review, including identity checks and applicable record-retention requirements; deleting a saved scan is not the same as deleting an account or all order records.
You can choose not to scan, clear browser storage, or sign out. Clearing browser storage does not delete server-side account, order or saved scan records.
